Right of Admission Reserved
Please be advised that we reserve the right of admission at all of our stores. We reserve the right to deny entry to any person based on behaviour, dress code, capacity, previous conduct, of for any other reason whatsoever. The Food Box will not be held liable to any person who has been denied entry into any of our stores on this basis.
In-Store Photography, Video and Recording.
Please note that the Food Box may photograph customers at selected events. By entering the store you confirm that you consent to such photographs, video and recording, including our right to use such material on our social media platforms and on our website, and that you grant to the Food Box the continuous, irreversible, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise use such material in any form and for any purpose, including without limitation, without compensating you in any way.
If you have any objections to such use of the materials, please notify our staff or managers that you do not consent to being photographed, videoed or recorded in any manner.
We will respond promptly to claims of any claims of privacy infringement that are reported to us and request that all such alleged claims are reported to info@thefoodboxsa.co.za.
Food and any form of allergy.
Please note that meals served & purchased could vary. All restaurants are individually owned and operated, drawing on the Food Box expertise. Certain products may contain peanuts/nuts and other allergens and were manufactured in facilities where nuts were used.
No Liability.
All persons who enter any of our establishments, and who consume meals, drinks and alcohol at our establishments, do so at their own risk. In no event shall the Food Box be held liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation any special, indirect, or consequential damages, and damages resulting from injury to person, loss of property, or any other cause whatsoever.
At the Food Box we promote responsible alcohol consumption, and request all of our customers to drink responsibly, and to ensure that they do not drive under the influence of alcohol. The Food Box will not be responsibility for any injury or death that may be alcohol related, whether this occurs within our store or after you have left our premises.
